Order Processing
Orders are hand-packed at our farm every morning. Once your order is confirmed, it is dispatched within 24–48 hours to ensure maximum freshness.
Shipping Charges
At Srinika Spices, we strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring safe handling.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹999 within AP & Telangana.
- Standard Shipping: A nominal fee is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Care & Packaging
Our pickles are stored in traditional jars and then carefully packed in eco-friendly, secure boxes to prevent leakage or breakage during transit. We take extra care with glass containers to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and Email. You can use this ID to track your package in real-time through our delivery partner's portal.
Non-Delivery & Returns
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
Safe Delivery Promise
If your product arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo immediately and contact our Support Center within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
